Each tank, before packaging, is tested by a specific machinery that certifies the hermetic seal according to principles of resistance through time and environmental protection. The standard catalogue “N” is developed in:
- Low capacity Line (8 to 13 GAL)
- Dual Line (18 to 106 GAL) saddlemount and upright installation with just one tank
- Upright Line (39 to 100 GAL)
Hydraulic tanks are available in standard “N” and customized “X” versions. The “N” range includes 9 models characterized by sidewall dimensions: 26/36, 36/26, 44/54, 50/64, 63/70, TLINE 85/18, 63/27 and 64/50 with a minimum capacity of 8 gallons and a maximum capacity of 106 gallons. The “X” range is based on standard tanks and is made according to the customer’s requirements, the technical needs of the application and the vehicle/machinery involved: number and position of suction connections and returns, body length and tank capacity just for example.
Premium raw materials (also used in the automotive field) are processed with automated and semi-automated operations in different work stations: moulding, bending, body longitudinal welding, fixing of inner partitions, sidewalls perimeter welding, application and welding of parts and accessories, additional internal cleaning (on request), hermetic sealing test with micro leakage detector.
